A buyer vetting a contractor wants proof from their own sector, not a showreel. The research behind our service plan puts a number on it: 72% of B2B decisions are influenced by case studies, and a missing sector example is a stated reason to drop a vendor.
We have delivered 100+ projects to industrial clients. The brief was to turn the strongest of them into case studies a procurement officer can scan and check, with the film and the numbers behind each project.
Every case study runs in 3 sections, from the brief to what was delivered. Each carries the project film and 2 or 3 numbers from the job, such as 499 concrete truckloads on the Starfield slab pour or 6 site visits across E3 Lithium's commissioning. 6 of the 7 add a 3-image gallery.
Each case study is paired with a field note, written in the first person by a crew member who was on site. The case study says what was delivered. The field note says how, from a 05:30 call time on a Scottish farm to the glass reflections we had to lose at iFLY.
All of it lives in 2 CMS collections, so a new project is a form, not a page build.
7 case studies across 4 sectors: Construction, Energy & Resources, Rail & Transportation and Agriculture. Each links to its field note, and the Work page filters them by sector in 1 click.
The same package is now a Plus15 service. We document a client's project while it runs, then write it up as a case study their business development team can put in front of an owner.
