About our crew and credentials

Plus15 Media is a Calgary-based creative studio for western Canada's industrial sector. We create the videos, drone work, photos, brands, and websites that operators use to win jobs, onboard crews, and proudly display their projects.

Too often videographers and photographers don't show up on site with a safety mindset or the right PPE. We do. Our crew holds CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid and Transport Canada Advanced Operations pilot certificates, and we're members of the Alberta Construction Safety Association while our SECOR is in progress.

We've worked at active well sites, hospital builds, pipeline tie-ins, aggregate quarries, and equipment yards across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.

We're small on purpose. 4 people, fast decisions, and the founder on every project. If you've ever had a creative agency hand you off after the kickoff call, you'll notice the difference.

Chris McElwee

Creative Director

Chris McElwee has 20 years of experience in the Industrial space, specializing in brand strategy, storytelling, videography, and web design. As our creative director Chris provides vision, story, and design for every project. He holds a Transport Canada Advanced Operations pilot certificate.

Corey Allard

Director of Strategy and Partnerships

Corey Allard is the person who combines business and creativity, making sure campaigns solve a business problem and generate ROI. Corey first took up photography, web design and development in the late 1900s. Corey will be our producer for most projects. He holds a Transport Canada Advanced Operations pilot certificate.

Raphael Gay-De-Montella

Director of Operations

Raphael Gay-De-Montella has hands-on experience across energy and construction projects. As Director of Operations he runs scheduling, crew logistics, and site coordination, and leads the software side of the business behind our site data and progress portals. He holds a Transport Canada Advanced Operations pilot certificate.

Connor McIvor

Director of Aerial Media Production

Connor McIvor is our drone lead. He holds a Transport Canada Advanced Operations pilot certificate and flies both FPV and the DJI Inspire 3. He also runs camera on the ground and cuts in the edit.
